The Party Room

Used for homeowner association social events and meetings and available to residents for their personal social activities. The room comes with a fully equipped catering kitchen, a parquet dance floor, east and west porches and a full building width terrace overlooking Balboa Park.

Guest Suites

The guest suites complex consists of two separate, queen-size, one bedroom suites and an extra twin bedded room which can be adjoined to either suite. Each of the two suits has a small additional room with a sink, refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. Residents may reserve a single, one bedroom suite or a one bedroom suite with the adjoining twin bedded room or both suites and the adjoining twin bedded room.

Other Third Floor Facilities

The Health Club was originally designed as a Card Room, but with the passage of time and resident interests, the space was converted to a gym. Much of the exercise equipment is new or newer and the club includes a bath, shower and sauna.

The 3rd Floor also houses secured space for the residents’ individual storage cabinets, the homeowners association office and bathrooms.
